Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I booked a non-smoking room, and unfortunately, it smelled old. On the bright side, the reception students were very helpful, and the rooms were quiet.
The hotel was decent for a one-night stay as we needed somewhere to sleep. The room was clean but outdated, serving its purpose well despite being dark and musty. The service was a mixed experience with a friendly reception but a bit of a hassle to get extra amenities. The location was convenient, albeit a bit sketchy with some unwanted approaches. Dining options were limited but sufficient. Overall, an okay stay, especially for the price paid.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room had a mold smell and was not as clean as expected, with blood on the sheets of the roll-away bed. Despite leaving the air conditioning on, the room remained hot during the day. On the bright side, the location was convenient for my needs.
The hotel has a convenient location near the downtown area and Reno's bus line, making it easy to access. The room I stayed in needed some maintenance as it was hot even with the air conditioning on cold all day, and there were issues with the TV and heater. The service was lacking, with unaccommodating staff and some disrespect. The dining options were simple but suitable. The hotel felt like a family-owned business, cozy but needing more organization. The facilities were decent overall, requiring some improvements.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms smelled like dog piss, were dirty, and could use some upgrades, but they were not as bad as other options I've booked through Booking. The service was a mix - less accommodating at check-in but friendly overall. The location had its challenges with trash and questionable encounters but was convenient for the event we attended. The dining options were limited, but there were some gluten-free dishes available.
